Take the first step in your Personal Empowerment Journey. Inquiry sharpens the senses to seek unconditionally revealing new pathways for Learning. Qualifying through this step will earn you the certification of an Amateur (Level 0) Practitioner of Design Thinking.

Once you have explored new learning pathways to reveal new Subjects / Topics, these need to be explored through themes. Qualifying through this step will graduate you to the certification of an Apprentice (Level 1) Practitioner of Design Thinking.

DISCOVERY
This step will see you discovering new contexts from the learning of the exploration of themes. These contexts will reveal new ideas / concepts, new opportunities, new objectives, new events / compliance and / or foreseeable problems. Qualifying through this step will earn you the certification of an Activist (Level 2) Practitioner of Design Thinking.

CONCEPTUALIZATION
This step will set you up to hypothesize on the contexts unearthed creating Proof of Concepts and the Visualization of a Solution that is unconstrained. Qualifying through this step will earn you the certification of an Artist (Level 3) Practitioner of Design Thinking.

ENGINEERING
This is a step you can arrive at only when the concepts have been approved for solutioning by investors and / or stakeholders. You bring Solutions to life creating Engines, Components and Connectors.

OWNING IP
This is a Concurrent Step to the previous two that creates IP ownership and the associated valuation generating a blockchain that can be engaged in the subsequent processes of Industrialization and Commercialization. The Valuation is continuously renewed with every cycle of innovation in the previous two steps.
